"Cara Bonita" or "pretty face" in Spanish, is made with a smoked Spanish paprika and rubbed down in an olive oil/paprika mixture as it patiently ages for 60-90 days. This mild cheese has a salty smokey flavor that is unique! A beautiful addition to any cheese platter! 

       This very limited edition cheese is only available on our website and Nashville cheese drop, but was featured on the cover of Edible Louisville & Bluegrass magazine! Production, on this cheese, will restart in the spring of 2018 when the grass starts growing!
